PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

 Most of our products are hand-embroidered, making them delicate in nature. Minor variations (15%–20%) in design, color, or embellishment may occur and are part of the craftsmanship.

ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

* Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement.
* Any advance payment made is non-refundable after 24 hours.

REFUND POLICY

* We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
* Store credit (equal to the purchase value) may be issued for eligible cases and can be used for future purchases.
* Sale or discounted items are strictly non-refundable.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

* Handmade articles are non-refundable.

Unstitched Outfits:

  * Eligible for exchange only (not refund), subject to approval.

Stitched Outfits

  * Cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  * However, alterations may be offered for fitting adjustments where applicable.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  * Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with order details.
  * Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
  * Products must be free from stains, perfume/body odor, makeup marks, or any damage.
  * Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for exchange.

* Approved exchanges will be issued as store credit (coupon code) for future purchases.
